Every morning for a little over 4 years, I took a photograph of the same view outside my window. The work started out being about the transformation of the vacant lot across from my house into an astro-turf covered playing field, but in the process of shooting the photo every day for 4+ years, the work became much more complicated and layered: a daily meditation on the beauty of light, a marking of time and transformation, a document of change and repetition.
